Easy to release with one hand, even under tension, no more fiddling with carabiners that you can't get loose because you first have to lift your sub and then release it.
With this safety hook you simply hold your arm around your sub and use the other hand to click the hook open.
CAUTION: Always hang from a swivel, the eye must not be subjected to torsional force, otherwise it will break (cast iron).
